A Declaration of Interests
Some people are saying that councillors and unelected planners are shaping society in a way which reflects their own lifestyles and convenience habits, instead of looking at the needs of the majority in this highly populated inner city area called Camberwell. Would you like to see senior planners and councillors declare the following interests so we can understand the lifestyle choices which might be influencing their decisions?
All questions should be answered “Yes”, “No” or “no comment”:
1) Do you, or your partner, own a car or hire one on a long term basis?
2) Does most food and grocery shopping in your household involve driving to a supermarket?
3) Do you live in the ward you intend to represent?
4) Have you ever run a business?
5) Do you cycle in Camberwell or other parts of central London for several days each week?
6) Do you use public transport on a daily basis?
Download the Declaration of Interests and encourage your local candidates to complete it, and to commit to ask planners to complete it if elected.
