For any complaints about bus services to be successfully followed up or monitored, there need to be facts.  The best way is to note the time, date, route and direction (and, ideally, one of the sets of numbers on the side or front of the bus) when something happens.  From that, the complaint can be linked to any events disrupting services that day or to recurring problems with how a route is run or even if it is particular drivers.

Complaints should be submitted to Customer Services (as below).  The borough may also be interested.
